Information

Current Position

The initial focus is on traditional commercial glazing because it is a market that we can enter and immediately offer a superior product at a competitive and profitable price point. The real value of NUCLEER™ lies in its wider potential.

In 2014, NUCLEER International engaged New Zealand based Callaghan Innovation Limited to develop a proposal for scalable commercial manufacture of the NUCLEER™ product. Callaghan Innovation is a New Zealand Government backed organisation that is assisting NUCLEER™ to bring the product to market.

Photovoltaic

Panels that have PV material encapsulated into the composite resin that produces power. The power can be stored and used whenever it’s wanted.  The uses are endless. Not only are the panels lighter and stronger, they can produce power. A game changer that has architects and innovative builders very excited.

Other Markets

There are so many markets that could utlise the NUCLEER™ product, its a matter of concentrating on the prominent ones initially to gain acceptance. NUCLEER™ is a very competitive alternative to traditional glass and offers many advantages – particularly in the double glazing and toughened glass sector.

Up to now

We have patented a unique way of providing a laminated optical composite panel that can be shaped and bent into almost any form. The panel can include PV material that produces electricity.

To enable the composite to be produced, we have had to design, test and prototype the machinery necessary to manufacture it.

The Present

There is tremendous interest from companies who wish to buy the product, and from companies who wish to manufacture the composite panels under a license agreement in various markets around the world.  The Patents of the invention worldwide have been successfully completed. Ongoing Research and Development with the PV product is being undertaken.
ASTM and ISO testing and manufacturing equipment design and capacity tests have been undertaken successfully.

The Future

With high demand from end-users and strong interest from potential licensee’s to manufacture, the timing could not be better to introduce this innovative product to the market. The Directors and shareholders have assembled an energetic team with expert knowledge, and with the assistance of stakeholders such as Callaghan Innovation and Allied Industrial Engineering, we are ready to make this product a game changer.

How to Apply for a Licence to Manufacture

We are currently evaluating licence requests and accepting Expressions of Interest. The business model includes “Licences to Manufacture” in many territories globally, and the preparation and launches of those licenced businesses to dedicated markets.

NUCLEER™ are unable to respond to the many requests and questions due to the volume from various countries.
